These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jl888 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl888 platform available at jl888.ws and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable period of request will be suspended pending resolution.

To access the full range of jl888 services, you must create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) active account on jl888 at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended, pending balances being forfeited, and possible permanent exclusion from the Platform.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• jl888 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests.
• Accounts suspected of being used by multiple individuals will be suspended pending investigation.

jl888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your jl888 PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation of receipt. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. jl888 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. jl888 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, though actual receipt times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Verification Requirements: jl888 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods held in the account holder's own name.
• jl888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.
• Player funds are held separately from jl888 operational funds.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games only. Some games may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements — this will be specified in the promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed on jl888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game as published on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: jl888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Company suspects abuse, system errors, or where exposure limits have been reached.
• Errors & Technical Faults: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault affecting odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances, jl888 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. No player may profit from a technical error in good conscience.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• Voided Bets: Circumstances under which bets may be voided include, but are not limited to: event cancellation, force majeure, verified pricing errors, late bet placement outside accepted time windows, and confirmed match-fixing or corruption.
• Cricket & PSL Betting: Cricket markets, including PSL, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of jl888. In-play markets are subject to delay-of-acceptance rules applicable at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl888 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jl888, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or jl888 itself.

All content on the jl888 Platform — including but not limited to the jl888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, icons, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl888 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jl888 without express prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl888, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data resulting from Platform downtime or technical issues.
• Interruption or unavailability of any game, market, or Platform feature.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including EasyPaisa and JazzCash.
• Any action taken by jl888 in good faith in accordance with its fraud prevention, responsible gaming, or compliance obligations.

Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering requirement-locked funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any pending identity verification.
